1. Short term treatment. Our goal is to help you feel well as quickly as possible.  Most people do not have to be in therapy for years.  The majority of our clients feel better within weeks or months rather than years. For severe or complex symptoms therapy can take longer, but even then counseling is relatively shorter.

2. Effective techniques and talk therapy. You will learn effective techniques to reduce and manage your anxiety.  Some therapists just talk about your life, your past, and your problems but do not teach skills to help you reduce your symptoms.  We do both.  We do talk therapy to gather relevant history and teach you scientifically proven techniques to help you reduce anxiety.

3.
