This program is a highly customized, one-on-one weight loss coaching program.  Your weight loss coach utilizes some of the best, most scientifically proven mind body techniques to help you reprogram your thoughts, increase motivation, manage cravings, resolve inner conflicts, and overcome challenges on the road to healthy weight management.

She utilizes an in-depth, strategic 4 steps to success process to jump start your weight loss success.  This process includes a comprehensive assessment and highly customized, weekly coaching sessions.  Sessions will include mind body repatterning and programming exercises, and activities to enhance motivation, improve self-talk and boost self-image.
