Treatment of Postpartum Depression
Postpartum depression can effectively be treated counseling, or a combination of counseling and medication.
During counseling you will receive support and guidance to help you through this difficult time. You will learn how to effectively reduce your fears and frustrations, address marital or family concerns, and develop skills to cope with all the changes involved with being a new mother.
It is highly recommended that women do not delay getting help. The well-being of yourself and family are at stake. The longer you wait, the more challenging your condition may become.
Refresh your mind, renew your body, ease away tension and stress.
