Mindfulness training teaches you how to increase body awareness and savor the moment. Mindfulness is a state of being that helps focuses your attention in the moment. It can help facilitate slower, more pleasurable dining, increase awareness of hunger and satiety, and significantly enhance comfort and enjoyment while exercising.
Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a state of relaxed, focused concentration with the element of suggestion. You will learn how to tap into a deeper part of you that is receptive to life enhancing suggestions. You will learn several self-hypnosis techniques to help manage cravings, increase motivation to be physically active, and how to calm or energize yourself more quickly and effectively.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is one of the most widely researched forms of therapy and is very effective in reducing anxiety and depression, and elevating mood, optimism and confidence. You will learn how to efficiently change thoughts to increase feelings of confidence and health promoting behaviors.
Behavior Modification
