During your counseling sessions, we combine various therapeutic techniques depending on your needs or interests. Our counseling sessions are designed to treat the whole you - mind, body and spirit. Some of the techniques we use include cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional regulation techniques, breathwork, clinical hypnosis, gestalt therapy, mindfulness, interpersonal behavioral counseling and several others.
One of our specialities is mind body treatment or psychophysiology, which addresses not only your mental and emotional state but also your physical health and well being. Some of this treatment may be considered "mind body medicine," but is not a substitute for medical care.
