There have been several studies demonstrating the effectiveness of hypnosis to help quit smoking. In some studies a single hypnotherapy session had about a 17% success rate. In other studies, four to six hypnotherapy sessions had about a 64% success rate. Other research has demonstrated that about 50%-70% of people need more in depth counseling and hypnotherapy to quit smoking.
Most clients quit smoking in about four to six sessions. The people who attend this clinic are committed to the process and that commitment greatly increases their success.
