Weight loss coaching is highly focused one-on-one sessions specifically designed to help you learn healthy habits and maintain results long term.
I understand that weight loss can be frustrating and difficult, you can learn vital skills to succeed and lose weight naturally.

Who is the Weight Loss Coaching for?
These weight loss services are for people who are looking for a long term solution to lose weight and breakthrough barriers and setbacks as they navigate the road to healthy weight loss.

Many clients say, "I know exactly what I should do, but I don't know why I can't do it!"  If you struggle with emotional eating, portion control, sustaining motivation, or battle with yourself over what you should or shouldn't do, these services are for you.


How do Weight Loss Coaching sessions work?
Each session is customized to address and resolve your unique weight loss challenges and goals.  You will learn some of the best, most scientifically proven mind body techniques to help you reprogram your thoughts, increase motivation, manage cravings, resolve inner conflicts, and overcome challenges.

You will learn a "4 steps to success" process to jump start your weight loss success.  This process includes a comprehensive assessment and highly customized, weekly sessions.  Sessions will include mind body repatterning and reprogramming exercises, and activities to enhance motivation, improve self-talk and boost self-image.


What is unique about this Weight Loss Coaching Service?
1. These services address the root cause of weight gain, teaching you how to change your thoughts and emotions to change your life.  Other weight loss programs focus on changing behaviors, but if your mental programming remains the same, behavior change is only temporary. This program is designed to change the underlying emotions, thought patterns, and beliefs that dictate behaviors.

2. These services are customized and highly personalized to meet your needs. Research shows that "one size fits all" programs are less effective because they do not address a person's unique needs and challenges.  During your first appointment you will share what is most important to you, what some of your main challenges are and strengths.

3.  You will receive weekly professional guidance and support with a therapist, who is also a weight loss coach, who is committed to helping you achieve your goals.  She is encouraging, compassionate and has extensive knowledge in psychology and human behavior.  She has valuable insights into the complexities of motivation, managing cravings, impulse control, and how one's self-talk and perceptions affect the achievement of goals.

4.  You will learn valuable life changing skills. Successful, long term weight loss requires skill power not will power.  You will learn specific, scientifically proven techniques to change thought patterns, master coping skills, and manage emotions.

I have been successful in many areas of my life except weight loss.   Weight has been a problem ever since my teens. I am 50 and before meeting Kiomi I compulsively compared myself to others, thought about the next meal obsessively and was constantly anxious.  My relationship to food was nothing but anxiety provoking.
