Empowering people to be their very best is my passion and purpose.
I have worked in the personal growth field for over 20 years. I believe each person has unique talents and abilities, many which are untapped. The joy and fulfillment of helping hundreds of people change their lives and achieve their goals is the reason I have devoted my life to this career. I started my career in mental health, providing counseling services for over 15 years and have transitioned into holistic coaching so I can provide deeper, more transformational changes. |
Education and Training
I am a life long learner and actively pursue continuing education and professional development. My extensive training and experience over the last twenty years in as a hypnotherapist, healer, psychotherapist, peak performance coach and holistic life coach enables me to identify core strengths within my clients, guiding them to master vital life skills and feel a renewed sense of empowerment.

During every session, I provide:
1. Unconditional, positive regard. One of the most important elements for effective coaching is a non-judgmental, caring presence. Most people want to feel emotionally safe to share anything and everything, knowing they will not be judged. Research shows this calms the central nervous system, enabling more rapid healing, learning and growth. I have worked with clients from all walks of life.
Deep, lasting healing takes place in an emotionally safe environment. Feelings of anxiety, guilt, shame can be transformed into self-acceptance, resulting in increased peace, confidence and personal power.
2. Diverse coaching strategies. Some clients prefer a gentle, nurturing approach, others prefer a more direct, assertive approach. I am client centered and have a range of coaching approaches and modalities depending on your needs. I encourage regular feedback and can adjust my style accordingly.
3. Education and skill building. Many clients have seen other coaches and never learn new skills to deal with their anxiety, depression, or to cope with stress effectively. That's when they reach out to me. Once we have resolved one concern, they realize there are several other areas they can receive support and guidance due to the depth and breadth of my skills and knowledge.
Life is full of challenges which can be opportunities to grow stronger, wiser and more resilient. My goal with every client is for each person to feel empowered in any situation and not only survive, but thrive.
